Update: June 2026 – Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision

  • Council approved the Zoning By-law Amendment on April 22, 2026. 
  • You can read the staff report from the Council Meeting or view the meeting on the municipality's YouTube channel.
  • Note that the Zoning By-law Amendment has now been appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal. 
  • Council also endorsed the Draft Plan of Approval on April 22, 2026. This has now been sent to County of Middlesex for approval.

Update: Public Meeting - July 16, 2025

  • Council held a public meeting to consider this matter on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the municipal office.

  • Following the Public Meeting, staff have continued to review the application as well as public input, and will bring a recommendation to Council.
