Update: June 2026 – Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision
- Council approved the Zoning By-law Amendment on April 22, 2026.

- Note that the Zoning By-law Amendment has now been appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal.
- Council also endorsed the Draft Plan of Approval on April 22, 2026. This has now been sent to County of Middlesex for approval.

- Council held a public meeting to consider this matter on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the municipal office.
