- Water Rates & Fees
Each year Council approves water rates based on the amount of funding needed to operate our water, wastewater and stormwater systems. It's important to remember that legally all costs associated with operating water and wastewater systems must come from users.
Information on long-term water financial plans can be found on the Municipal Water Supply page.
- Water Billing
Middlesex Centre issues monthly utilities bills for water and/or wastewater (sewer), depending on the services offered in your area. All properties are charged a stormwater management fee.

Middlesex Centre has three automated bulk water filling stations where businesses can purchase large volumes of potable water. These stations are operational 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, and are located at:
- Arva Fire Station (14352 Medway Rd.)
- Delaware Fire Station (11563 Longwoods Rd.)
- Ilderton Fire Station (22531 Hyde Park Rd.)
Connections: Trucks must be equipped with their own hoses and the proper connection for a 2" camlock fitting.
Fee: $1 for approximately 400 litres. Payment must be in $1 coins (loonies) only.
Caution: The filling stations dispense a high volume of water in a short amount of time. Attempting to fill small volume trucks or containers may result in overflow and may damage the user’s equipment.
