Media are invited to attend the Ilderton Arena Reopening Celebration, marking the completion of major facility upgrades made possible in part by a $1 million investment from the Province of Ontario. The event will recognize the completion of renovations that strengthen the arena’s role as a central hub for sports, recreation, and community life in Ilderton.

BACKGROUND:
The upgrades to the Ilderton Arena were supported through Ontario’s Community Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Fund (CSRIF) as part of a $4 million renovation project. Completed improvements include a modernized refrigeration plant, renovated lobby and dressing rooms, accessible washrooms, and new rink boards and glass designed to improve safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency.
