Middlesex Centre’s Strategic Plan 2021-2026 has helped guide how we plan, invest, and deliver services for our community. It is an important roadmap, helping align annual budgets, departmental work plans, and long‑term priorities with what matters most to residents and businesses.
The 2025 Strategic Plan Progress Report is the fifth annual update and shares a snapshot of what Council and staff accomplished over the past year.
In 2025, we continued to make steady progress across key priorities -- everything from expanding recreation and seniors programming, to investing in community facilities and infrastructure, supporting local businesses and volunteers, and advancing work to support balanced growth and housing.
In the progress report, you can find a list of specific accomplishments for the year and a summary of the status of each of the Plan's recommendations. A final report on the Strategic Plan's implementation will be presented to Council later this year.
