Middlesex Centre sent out interim 2025 tax bills via email and post at the beginning of February.
The municipality issues two property tax bills a year - an interim bill in February and a final bill in August. The interim bill is split into two instalments, due the last business day in February and the last business day in May.
For 2025, the second instalment is due by May 30.
If you didn't receive your tax bill please contact the municipal office. Not receiving a bill does not relieve you of any penalty charges that might arise from late payment.
Paying your Tax Bill
Please be advised that a potential Canada Post service disruption may delay the delivery of bills from Middlesex Centre. Do not put your bill payment in the mail. Instead, use the payment options offered through your bank or financial institution or pay in-person at the Middlesex Centre municipal office in Coldstream during business hours.
For future bills, consider signing-up for pre-authorized payments.
