Water Service Interruption

Kilworth - Watermain Upgrades, Dec 1, 2025 (overnight, starting at midnight)

• Where: All of Kilworth (see map below)
• When: Starting at 12:00 am (midnight) to 5:00 am, on Monday, December 1, 2025.  While every effort will be made to complete the work on time, it may be necessary to have the water off longer.
• Reason for Interruption: The isolation of the watermain supplying water to Kilworth is required to complete watermain upgrades.  (The Glendon Drive Watermain is being twinned to increase supply capacity and create a redundant (back-up) feed to Kilworth.)
• Impact: We suggested that a short-term water supply be stored before the interruption for use during the shut off. Please see below for further information on Before and After a Water Shut-Off.
• Notice:  Those that will have their water service turned off will receive notice through social media and the municipal website.

Generally, all of Kilworth will be affected by the shut off, as shown in the area within the orange box below (Crestview to the City of London boundary, from Glendon to the river, plus the Foodland Plaza and the Komoka Wellness Centre).
