Canada Post employees have been on strike as Friday, November 15. During the strike, there is no mail delivery to or from the Municipality of Middlesex Centre.
Water, Tax and other Bills and Payment
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR BILL ON TIME, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR BILL IN THE MAIL.
- If you need your balance owing, call or email Middlesex Centre Customer Service. If you call in and get sent to voicemail, please leave a message with your name, phone number and street address so that staff may return your call. You can also request your water (utility bill) balance via our online form:

Please request your balance before the end of day on Dec. 23 to ensure we can respond before the office closes for the holidays. We will close at 3:00pm on Dec. 24, 2024, and reopen at 8:30am on Jan. 2, 2025.

Do not put your bill payment in the mail.Instead, use other payment options such as through your bank or financial institution or the drop-box located at the front entrance of the Komoka Wellness Centre. If you are paying in cash, you will need to come into the Komoka Wellness Centre during business hours to pay - do not put cash in the drop box.

Planning Notices
- Planning notices will continue to be posted online, and a physical sign will still be posted on the property. If you have any questions please contact Planning Services. Please be sure to check the website regularly to see if new applications have been posted, and reach out to the planning department if you’d like to be notified of updates on specific planning applications.
Dog Tags
- Dog tags can can be requested online, but will not be mailed during the strike. If you would like to pick-up your tag in-person, please contact Dog Licencing to arrange a time.
