Request a Smoke and CO Alarm

Enbridge Gas Inc., the Fire Marshal’s Public Fire Safety Council, and Middlesex Centre Fire Services are working together to improve home safety and eliminate fire and carbon monoxide-related deaths.

This year, Middlesex Centre Fire Services received 210 combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarms through Enbridge's Safe Community Project Zero. This initiative promotes the installation of smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in homes across Ontario communities where Enbridge operates.

To request an alarm, please complete the form below.

Note that this program is open only to residents of Middlesex Centre.

Limit one alarm per household, while quantities last. 

We require your name and address so that we can track where the alarms have been distributed. Proof of residency may be requested.

Staff will contact you to let you know when your alarm will be ready for pick up at the municipal office.

If you are unable to pick-up your alarm at the municipal office, please let us know in the notes section below. Staff will contact you about alternative pick up locations.
