Clear Skies Park and Playground is a new neighbourhood park being developed to serve the growing Clear Skies community. The park will provide space for children and families to play, spend time outdoors and connect with neighbours.
Location
The Clear Skies Park will be located in Ilderton, northeast of Bowman Drive, southeast of Woodmere Path and west of the future Autumn Trail. The park block is 0.64235 hectares (1.59 acres) in size.
Work to be Done
Work will include grading and seeding the site, installing the new playground, and adding trees, benches, pathways and other park amenities.
Timeline
- Project start: October 8, 2026
- Anticipated completion: June 30, 2027
The playground base and related site work are planned for fall 2026, followed by playground design in late fall 2026/early 2027, and playground installation in spring/summer 2027.
