Service Issues
Notice a road, park or other municipal property in need of repair? Have questions about how a program or service is delivered?
Please report any concerns to the appropriate service area so staff are aware and can work toward a resolution. Our team will do their best to address issues in a timely and fair way, following established guidelines.
You can find a list of services and staff above. You can also use our online service portal to report your concern.
Submit a Formal Complaint
If your concern is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, or you are not satisfied with the response, you can submit a formal complaint.
Once your complaint is submitted, you will receive an email confirming it has been received. Your complaint will be forwarded to the appropriate manager for review. Staff may contact you if more information is needed.

- Respectful Conduct
R Zone
Middlesex Centre has a zero-tolerance policy - The R Zone - for violence, vandalism, and inappropriate behaviour in our offices, facilities, parks and programs.
The R Zone applies to all community organizations and individuals using municipal spaces, including municipal offices, community centres, parks and recreational facilities. It also applies to interactions with municipal staff, committee members and elected officials of Middlesex Centre.
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone.
Reporting a Conduct Concern
If you are involved or witness a situation at a municipal facility, please report it to a staff member (if available).
