Middlesex Centre, Ontario, December 16, 2025 – Mayor Aina DeViet and members of council are pleased to announce the appointment of Tiffany Farrell, CPA, CA, as Chief Administrative Officer for the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, effective January 1, 2026.
Tiffany brings more than two decades of leadership experience in finance and municipal administration. For the past ten years, she has served as Director of Corporate Services for Middlesex Centre, overseeing finance, IT, communications, and human resources. Since November 2025, Tiffany has also served as Interim CAO.
Recognized for her commitment to transparency, innovation, and collaboration, Tiffany has built strong relationships with staff, council, and community partners, positioning her well to lead the organization into the future.
“Having worked closely with Tiffany for the past ten years, I can speak to her dedication, integrity, and professionalism,” said Mayor DeViet. “Tiffany’s appointment to CAO brings the right balance of steady leadership and strategic vision for our growing municipality.”
As CAO, Tiffany will oversee municipal operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective services to residents. She will implement council’s priorities and advise on policies and initiatives to support informed decision-making by council and senior staff.
