On February 25, 2026, Council of the Municipality of Middlesex Centre approved the Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone lands at 10651 Gold Creek Dr. near the Hamlet of Lobo to permit a new 125,000 square foot agricultural equipment fabrication facility with associated office and 50 parking spaces. Note that this application did not include a request to establish a power generation facility.
An application for Site Plan Approval, including detailed engineering plans and applicable studies, will be required before any development occurs on the lands.
