Middlesex Centre is updating its Long-Range Financial Plan and associated Long-Range Water Financial Plan.
Long-range financial plans are comprehensive strategy documents that evaluate all municipal capital and operating revenues and expenditures. They address key areas including asset management, development charges, reserve funds, debt and property taxation. - These plans establish long-term financial objectives, policies, and targets while integrating capital and operating needs to support financial sustainability.
BMA Management Consulting Group (BMA) is preparing the plans, which will include a 10-year outlook for the municipality’s infrastructure funding requirements.
The plans will be presented to members of council at their meeting on June 4, 2025. They will be posted to the municipal website no later than the Friday prior to the meeting date, as part of the Council agenda package. Please note that dates are subject to change.
