Unfortunately, water bills for many properties in Kilworth and stormwater-only bills for properties across Middlesex Centre were mailed later than usual this month. This only affects residents and businesses that receive paper bills. Customers enrolled in email billing received their bills as scheduled. Customers enrolled in Pre-authorized payments (PAP) plans will continue to have their payments withdrawn as usual.
The delayed bills have now been mailed and should arrive soon.
If you would like to check your account balance before receiving your bill in the mail, please contact Customer Service at the municipal office or use our online form.
The payment due date for those with delayed bills has been changed to August 31, 2026. No interest or late payment penalties will be charged to affected properties due to this mailing delay prior to the new due date.
