Training in Coldstream
Middlesex Centre Fire Services has once again been successful in securing the Ontario Fire Marshal's Mobile Live Fire Training Unit for this year. This specialized training opportunity allows our firefighters to conduct realistic, hands-on live fire exercises locally, enhancing operational readiness, firefighter safety, and emergency response capabilities for our community.
Training will take place behind the Coldstream Fire Station from Wednesday through Friday, with additional training sessions over the weekend (Aug. 26 to 30).
You may notice more firefighters at the station and see simulated smoke produced by nontoxic-smoke machines as part of the exercise.
