We are seeking a public member representative to serve on the Southwest Middlesex Health Centre Board of Directors.
Located in Mount Brydges, the Southwest Middlesex Health Centre is a non-profit, charitable organization that provides primary care to enrolled clients in and around the area. It is governed by a board of directors.
The Municipality of Middlesex Centre has a board position which is currently vacant.
We are seeking an individual 18 years of age or older from ward 3, 4 or 5 (generally, the area east of Vanneck Rd, Kilworth, Komoka, or Delaware - find map on the Mayor & Council page) to serve as a representative from Middlesex Centre on the board.
The board typically meets once every two months at the Health Centre starting at 6:00 p.m. Please note this is a volunteer committee – there is no remuneration for this position.
